Jin liked Kimoto as a child and wanted to be friends with him. He also did not like Tehir because he displayed narcissistic behaviours. When Jin was trying to be friends with Kimoto,each and every action of his scared Kimoto.
He warned Kimoto to not to be si emotionally dependent on Tehir and bad-mouthed him. Kimoto bit him out of anger defending Tehir. Out of jealousy,Jin attacked Tehir's ass.

Yeah, I just read that chapter too and it makes a lot of sense why Tehir views kimotos kindness as kimoto looking down on him. It's because that's what Tehir was doing with his own kindness.

And that's why he can't stand Kimoto or Jin. Because Kimoto is supposed to be weak and is now in a position to look down on Tehir and Jin was stronger than Tehir to begin with.
