some weirdo wrote a long ass essay about how sexual assault is different from rape and that dan was never raped bc clearly it’s so incredibly important, especially in this context, bc apparently sexual assault is not as bad as rape? it’s so very important that we know this fictional character is NOT a rapist despite raping dan multiple times. the whole thing was giving rape apologist/denier. they really really wanted to seem smart but i think they’re confused about what side of rape culture they’re on online. if they wanna debate the legal definition of sexual assault and rape they should go help someone with their court case and not writing essays in the comment section of a webcomic about a rapist.

You have to take consideration Dan’s character and Jaekyung’s character. The story is clear it is not rape. It does come close to it.
