Well, the fact that they're still young plus the common characteristics of an omega (baby face, short, cute blah blah) probably indeed made him look like a child but he's probably same age as Shiina. Even now that they're married and have Noel as a toddler, both of them still look young. They don't even look the same age as the older brother when they were still at the mansion. It was said that Shiina and his older brother have quite the age gap so I'm guessing, when scum received Aoi, he was about the age when he's about preparing to take over the family (college?). Shiina and Aoi that time are probably at the middle schooler's age and now they look like high schoolers with around 3yr-old son. Irl a majority of adults don't look like children or even if they have a baby face they might be mistaken for teenagers (as their height usually gives away that they're adults). A small small minority of people have a baby face and are short af (under 5ft) making them look like children. I've never met someone who fits into the latter category but I'm sure they exist. I'm hoping that was what you were talking about cause your english is kinda bad.
