Interesting.
From the beginning I felt something was off about the explanation of the world and the MC and his history. When the answer came I wasn't surprised.
I'm glad he was able to reunite with his brother and friends. I'm curious how they came back and if they will travel back and forth.
Yes, it is true this guy and the Naruto guy are twins. They both learned from each other's style which is why it is similar.
Seriously, all of his stalkers are going to be in The Tower soon and fighting over him.
And now his Dragon has returned that's definitely upped the danger level.
Though I'm curious as to what Meredith is and if this person actually is from the the Legends and what all of that means. Are they not actually a child at all? Or Human?
And what do they mean by not letting him leave and this chance? A chance to escape?
What's funny about all this attention on Furuya is that really the only rival he sees is Sawamura. They push/pull each other higher and farther through their friendly competition and support of each other.
I'm guessing that while the fans are going crazy for Furuya, Sawamura is going to pick up more tricks and be the dark horse no one (except teams from the previous tournies) see coming and it's going to be glorious when it happens...but I seriously don't want to wait another 7 years to see that happen. *sighs*

Interesting. But I sense a dramatic story with a lot of heartache coming.
