because he’s absurdly selfish. He can’t let go of Onyx and continues to chase after him, but when Onyx is within his grasp, he hasnt been mature enough or hasnt taken the time to get his shit together in order to be honest with him. Which in turn causes more emotional turmoil for Onyx.
to be fair they both haven’t been communicating. onyx left for his own personal growth and that’s good on him, but that also affected keane, and we can’t forget about how he lied about kai being his boyfriend just to avoid keane. all that aside, at the end of the day they’re both close childhood friends and they clearly love each other. the two of them are just stubborn and awkward to talk about what happened between the two of them thus making this harder than it needs to be. and also, if you’re talking about the emotional turmoil for onyx, didn’t keane reassure him in the past that he love him and not lynx? correct me if I’m wrong.
Onyx is selfish, too. Let's be real. Either cut him off and be honest, or tell him what's on your mind. Keane tried MULTIPLE times that he wanted him. Both of them SUCK at communication. For some time, Onyx had a legitimate reason to do Kean dirty, but that's not the case anymore.

I think it could've been longer but I don't hate Jaehyuk, if anything I would love to see Garam more serious about his feelings although we'll hopefully see that in this season.
How Jaehyuk came to term with his feelings was well fleshed out so I feel like Garam is just going along with it.

this is such a sticky situation. I think Garam was not ready for this relationship and needs to communicate more.
But in Garam’s point of view, Jaehyuk was straight a few or so months ago + was even trying to sleep around with women like a month ago (with the only thing that had stopped him being that he couldn’t get it up, which wasn’t even a conscious choice, meaning he would have one through with it if he could get it up)
It’s pretty obvious (at least to the readers) that Garam’s ex was a self proclaimed “straight guy” who left him high and dry
Don’t get me wrong, Jaehyuk is completely valid to feel the way he feels at the given moment. But this doesnt make Garam simply an asshole, how he’s feeling is DEFINITELY valid too.
It’s hard to believe someone has done a complete 180 turn from a homophobic fuck boy to a faithful loving gay boyfriend ESPECIALLY when in Garam’s life time, him and many gay people around him have been fucked over by “straight” guys who fool around with other guys.
