i think i hate everyone except the mc. also i never say this but i think the smut in this is just not needed. it seems so forced and there’s no chemistry between the two.
ill prob b sticking with it bc im a sucker for a powerful mc ( after just reading “open the door” which is MUCH better than this)

i just came back to this cuz i was reading night of the hunt, which was so bad it gave me the same feeling as when i was reading this. they back give me this pit in my stomach bc of how horrible it is w all the rape and trapping and abuse- obv i dropped it soon after starting, like i did with this one. but i came back to this to see if anything had changed and literally nothing has. i just skimmed the recent chapters, i didn’t do a whole reread because im not insane (everyone who’s still keeping us w this is insane). like who wrote this? it’s literally just a rape and abuse fetish masked behind pretty art. not even masked BC ITS RIGHT THERE. IN EVERY FUCKING CHAPTER HES BEING RAPED AND ABUSED. this is one of those stories where i genuinely pray the uke dies and is put out of his misery, because it is so insane.
please anyone who is keeping up with this tell me WHY and also tell me why you like to suffer. god help you all

The reason why I stayed here is because of how “realistic” this is. I usually say that fiction should always be separated from reality, but I also believe that SOME fiction could be a mirror of reality.
What I mean by that is that the uke’s trauma response is realistic in a way that rape victims also respond the same way, especially for victims that were raped and abused over and over again. It’s a kind of PTSD that I’ve mentioned before. It’s heartbreaking to know that this kind of reliance response to your abuser is real, and I’m wholeheartedly disappointed to see that real people actually don’t understand it and just curse the author and the characters out with empty brains.
This manhwa has a disgusting plot and I know that it’s not anyone cup of tea, but it’s extremely rare to see a story that mirrors a trauma so perfectly from reality. These people are the ones screaming that fiction is part of reality, but they react just as disturbingly when they encounter a manhwa that shows a perfect response of reliance ptsd that you could see in real life.
so much random shit abt the ukes work like idk if anyone else feels this way but idgaf
Yeah it feels like autor decided to go off track and dabble to media and politics ( ̄∇ ̄") author probably getting influenced by what's going on around them.
How is it random? It can be both a social commentary and a portrayal of life of such a righteous person.
Plus that's only natural to see the stuff the main character focuses on as he actively tries to distract himself from the love affair.
Although it gets in the way of the romance part, I think it makes this story more realistic imo and I like that
I honestly skip over it, I can formulate a general understanding in the future when it's resolved (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
gods forbid kyuho have a life outside his stalker. he should just open his ass up like the bottom he is amirite.
kyuho’s major & work are an important part of him & his character though, he’s got a life outside yoongun & it’s about to become a setup that ties back to their relationship. the groundwork being laid out is important for the follow up & also just for kyuho in general
