everything after chapter 5 was just "ugh, there's still more?". the only 2 relationships that weren't toxic was chapter 3 and 5, they're still weird... but at least they're not illegal. the rest was rape and pedophilia

Is hogu hagyeongsu traumatising according to your standards? Haha that one was just filled with mindless sex in every chapter, uke with Stockholm syndrome and a typical asshole seme. Produced to bait yaoi fans with a plot without much substance, which the author clearly succeeded in.
If we talk about traumatising then killing stalking is one, and don't worry, Moritat isn't as scary. This one differs from others here in mangago because it actually has an intriguing plot with amazing characters and not some generic yaoi story. There are a lot of plot twists and well.. there is "psychological" tag above.. so obviously its not a walk in the park but definitely worth reading this masterpiece. You should really give it a try if you're tired from the generic ones^.^
ehh, to me hogu was definitely worse than killing stalking in my opinon, i read killing stalking to the end, and the author is a great storyteller, they know how to give you suspense and the ending wasn't really unexpected, but it was a surprise, and the character development was so amazing, so I enjoyed it, don't get me wrong, the events were still terrible, but it wasn't portrayed in a way that made you hate reading the manga or get angry at every chapter, in a weird way, even though horrible stuff was happing, it still left everyone on the edge of their seats. hogu hagyeongsu just left a bad taste in my mouth, the ending was predictable, the structure of the plot was everywhere, the characters seemed so one dimensional, and ugh don't get me started on that side seme, that was the plot's most annoying villain/character/good guy, (it was rlly unclear) it was just bad, it left me scarred because the rape scenes were so long and horrid to watch ugh, it felt like watching someone putting a toothpick in their toenail and then kicking into the wall with it, idk how to explain it, but koogi (mangaka/author of killing stalking) can write a manga about rape and it would probably not be so bad to read, simply because they are a gifted writer, but when the author of hogu hagyeongsu does it, you really just want to wonder what's wrong with the author mentally. it just traumatized me with one of the worst mangas ever written.

I totally agree with Moritat being different from the others. It's been a long time since I read moritat but the impression the plot left on me is still present from how well developed it is.
We're not gonna lie, Hogu is pretty bad. Moritat is in a completely different league.
i laughed all the way through chapter 20 and 21, it just reminded me of what a joke this entire manga is XD its like the point of the manga was the make zero sense but with smut. truly a masterpiece for the dimwitted.
