I actually really like this version? Don’t get me wrong, I love the original story but the harem plot it’s kinda...boring at times? I mean everyone loves bakarina so the only real conflict after the destruction end is who will she fall for... however in this version she’s not so op, it’s a bit more realistic

So i was looking for this story bc i read the first chapters and lost it before putting it on my list... and after binge reading the whole thing I have to say it’s totally worth it.

At first I was worried it was going to be too similar to another story I read recently (Truth or Dare) and while it has some kinda resemblance - dark/misterious guy approaches to introvert/friendless guy - the vibe of this story is different, makes you feel more emotionally invested and even surprises you with the back stories.

It isn’t even about romance, and even though it will eventually go through that path (based on the shonen ai tag) it doesn’t feel forced. I’m truly waiting for the development of a true, healthy friendship since both our mcs desperately need (if i may) “a shoulder to cry on”
