It's one thing to seperate siblings, but TWINS at that? Disgusting. I'm a twin myself, and i honestly couldn't imagine life without my brother at my side. Twins share a special bond and to seperate them like that is just >:'(. Moreso the fact she would rather have a child that isn't handicapped annoys me. Obviously it's understandable that you don't want your child to suffer but like. If she had a birth child who was handicapped would she have given it away?
I wonder how realistic the portrayal is of adoption in South Korea, as elsewhere separating siblings is seen as a last resort and usually something that happens when a child is much older if necessary. For two twin babies to be separated and for them to be chosen purely on looks, with one couple deciding to take the brother due to the leg injury would raise all sorts of ethical and legal questions elsewhere in the world.
Ah you make a good point. Thinking about it and this genre of manhwa, the horror of the situation is often blown out of proportion. Like, bad characters become pretty much evil, good characters become saints, so i can see why they would exaggerate this, to invoke more of a response from the reader. Although i don't doubt there are probably people irl who would do this unfortunately.
So many ships!!! Fff i love these characters and their bee~ah~youuu~tiful interactions! Honestly, these characters are so fricking shippable i dont know who to ship with who! I mean it feels pretty clear that Aji/Dohoon will be endgame but even then i still love practically every plausible ship! Dohoon is such a sweet baby though he's compatible with pretty much everybody. Actually speaking of dohoon, i guess it was only a matter of time before he snapped huh? Ah well, cant say i didn't see it coming.

Same! I totally ship them because of how Namsoo wanted to protect Hyungoh but GAHH!!!! I FOUND OUT THEY WERE RELATED AND NOW MY SHIP HAS BEEN DESTROYED! Regardless, I am happy that they are siblings and they have found each other after being separated. It's sad I'll no longer ship it, but I'm happy they found each other.
Ugh MOOD. I mean, i don't mind a platonic relationship at all. The realationship between them is so sweet and pure (well not really namsoo is basically the child of satan i mean i love the kid but my god he scares the shit out of me). Platonic, brotherly or otherwise it's been one heck of a journey seeing their relationship develop into what it's become and im almost sad to see it end! Im glad to see thr developments in Kyon and Lucaon's relationship! It feels like they're becoming an actual couple instead of this twisted servant-master thing. I feel like Lucaon is starting to realise he's overstepping bounds and Kyon is becoming a lot more comfortable. (Eg, Kyon being more firm when telling Lucaon to stop and Lucaon starting to take it seriously). The tea scene was adorable! It didn't even occur to me why Lucaon rarely eats or drinks, brcause of the poisoning, but in hindsight that makes it all the morr significant! It must have been a massive milestone to Lucaon and definitely shows how much he trusts Kyon, trust being something scarce for Lucaon to have. I dont think it was poisoned, since Kyon was the one preparing it. I think the closeup was more to represent the emotional significance of the moment. That aside, can't wait for the next chapter! When is it *sob*

Also don't apologise for liking Kon, I think im alone when I say he's probably my favourite character so I love seeing him in djs and not being there (kind of) for the sole purpose of getting mistreated. Also, it's just like these two to worry so much over these things. It's why i love this ship so much ♡

Speaking of the royal, im glad to see they've finally established a mutual, loving relationship. This feels much more consentual and happy. Lucaon finally realises how much he actually does care about Kyon, and that he needs him in his life. *gross sobbing* dem feels tho

An absolute masterpiece. 1000/10. The art style is amazing (as with all enzou works). The comedy and pacing is so refreshing. I honestly expected a quick read, but istg this one manga is like the equivalent of several of your average yaoi manga, there's legitimate plot, fluff and feels, and actual character and relationship development. If you like bl for the relationship and general aesthetic, i highly highly recommend!!
