Yeah, I think so too. May be his memories from what he thinks is his real life were just what he made up in his mind.
He doesn't like alphas but loves Iheon so he built himself a world where secondary genders don't exist and Iheon and MC are friends and in college which would have been a natural progression of their repationships if that gender test hadn't happened or he didn't go into heat.
He never had a mom, so he has a loving mom. He doesn't have siblings and grew up alone. So he overcompensates with 5 siblings. Since he is yet again scared of alphas especially male alphas, his siblings are all sisters.
His therapist that he has seen since childhood becomes his caring aunt.
This would be a very emotionally complex story, if that happened.
