If you read the manga it shows they aren't twins, Yoosun is just a girl that looked like the mistress (also the flower maiden) and they change places when the mistress goes through her blooming period. You can tell by the earrings, when Yoosun is the mistress she wears red earrings and when mistress is mistress they are blue.

okay so i read it and what i understand, is that if Ginger were to transform into an angel, it would hurt him a tremendous amount and he might experience a second physical change. And that even if he doesnt transform, it may not hurt but he could still experience secondary transformations. But its rare for that to happen. There are also, others like Ginger in the company.
