And also what happened with the 4th prince while he got separated from ML. The writer is dragging things too long. Now, we have a new character again. Instead of introducing a new character whenever MC breaks free from ML why don't you just move on with the plot and actually do something about the conflict and come to a resolution.

Nah, the resolution of the story doesn't make a damn sense at all.
After showing how deep his 'crush' towards his brother was, he was suddenly able to 'move on' from his years long of unrequited love in just a single chapter. His deep rooted feeling suddenly vanished in a mere second.
Even though in most of the chapters, he was pretty much still knee-deep trapped in his infatuation to his brother.
