I fucking love all of them! The MC cracks me up. He's so innocent and just don't know that his sweet and kind stuff he says and does comes across as flirty. And the ML thinks that's he's been flirted with and gets all flustered. All of this cracks me up.
Also, I don't think this is a slow burner, I think it's actually taking time to let the readers know everyone's personality and how they act. I like this type of style.
