idk I feel like by giving him more realistic reactions to the assaults makes it so much worse when he just turns around and goes nevermind you're cute I love you, as if victims just need to brainwash themselves to love the abuser because of a rape child... By making the realistic portrayal of abuse and reactions to it but then going back to the same nonsensical conclusion honestly just feels like a spit in the face for any real abuse victims or people that are triggered or sensitive to these issues, it's like saying yes I know exactly why this hurts you but I still don't care and you're a pussy for not getting over it ugh
