There's no fake update. Whenever something is added, it's an update, whether it be a chapter, decensored pages, corrections, credits. No one has betrayed you. Whatever was added benefits the story and reader.
I can't speak for others but i didn't feel betrayed, just that i was disappointed it was just an updated chapter and not a new one. Updated versions happen all the time, but the hype before reading and noticing it's the same is always there lol sorry if it seemed like hate in any way (⊙…⊙ )
