As an artist, this might sound rude, but it's the head. I saw some comments asking why they find the art style weird. The rest of the anatomy is good, but sometimes the head is just too wide or too big for the body, but the rest is fine.
For me, I feel like it's the bodies that are off or just lower quality than before. I actually think the head and face is fine.
Maybe the art has always been like this and I just didn't notice but chap 31 feels like a downgraded quality conpared to s1.
