They are not simply exclusive friends with sex. They are romantically involved with one another. I don’t get how you see Ethan say to Tristan “you’re the love of my life” and you think it’s just a friend’s who have sex thing? Not to mention they literally made their DATING relationship public so they can be together and not have to run or hide anymore.
