I'm enjoying this story a little more than I thought I would and am excited to learn more about Ethan relation to the snake or whatever and also Carl's motives & intentions.

When you have better communication in five minutes with the one about to kill you than you have had in 5 weeks with the one you've been sleeping with daily.

Idk, this started so good, but I am disappointed in the way they focused on position fighting as a "plot" or interest point. Just my opinion.
