I don’t think Taku was trying to break up, I think he was going to try to (desperately) bind Haesoo with a proposal. I’m sure he sensed the direction that Haesoo was going, obviously that he wanted to break up, and purposely cut him off. Still Taku recognizes that he can’t be a substitute for Joowon (hair, clothes, crowd of admirers) and spoke out of sadness and frustration, while still seeing Haesoo as candy that’s just out of reach. He wants Haesoo on his own terms but I don’t think it’s love, for either of them.

32 got rough and, for a moment I thought 33 was getting it back, but then his pants were suddenly off and a black bar filled the screen.
The choppy conversation and the bar made it pretty difficult to follow everything happening, but the flow got all messed up in what I once thought was a really cute manga.
