Im actually currently learning psychiatric nursing atm. Now I understand why he develops this multiple personality disorder. Its kind of a defense mechanism called dissociation when a person experiences a traumatic event/childhood and seperates his own body and mind. Basically detaching himself from his own body and creating a new persona. So its a behavioral problem that needs therapy specifically counseling.
