Just like on that one manhwa I read, the Nothernblade Sect (can't remember the exact name) where the whole secret of their sect was planted in their territory base and can be seen at the top of the tower that can oversee everything at the ground where sun helps it shows the letters in it's shadow. So, the possibility that the blueprint is in that room itself is plausible. It can be on the floor or the walls that's why it's never been occupied, and maybe the letters will appear in the dark once the lights are out? Since it shows how its light never gone out. Anyway, let me marinate this again for a while.
I actually jump into the end to comment after reading chapter 10 because something came up in mind when I saw the girl with twisted face having her mother's curse. I am so sure that it's the anime that I watched before. Now I'm scrolling from some comments and I'm right! I miss this animeee. I miss this kid of thrill. I'll definitely watch it again.
