I'm kinda disappointed that the princess is getting more passive as the story moves along. All she does is react to everything around her. I'm disappointed that they didn't use this moment for her own self discovery of her gifts. And had HER hide it from everyone around her, instead of having some shady and suspicious dude hide it from her in fear of her freaking out. Overall, I just wish she more active in her own story instead of reactive. (〜￣△￣)〜

I'm OK with her hiding her powers. I just hate that she still hasn't noticed her gifts and other people are hiding it from her. She should be the one hiding it. She's in the outer circle in her own story. She doesn't know anything. It's just frustrating. Everyone around her knows what's going on but her. This is sad because this story started off so promising for a strong, independent woman/girl power story.
They probably brainwash her just like what they did to jinsu and they used her to their extent and when they dont want her anymore they will kill her imglad that sanghee was born to koryo not on that evil emperor side!
The story just gets boring over time. Shes just always subservient, which only save her own skin. And when she meets another strong woman, instead of trying to ally with her to bring gender equality, she gets jealous that she might steal her guy.... I mean... priorities? The manga promised us so much with independent strong female character and yet 127 chapters in, shes just a subservient yes man, with no attempts to even do anything to fight back. Sure she has lot of people against her, but by being subservient and not doing anything behind the scenes to gain power and control, shes just volunteering herself to be a doormat. There is nothing exciting about a story promising a female main character, but then has the story happening without her influencing it. Everything is just happening to her, but nothing she do matters except saving her skin as a beloved pet of the royal family.
