I also think that when he first met Hosik (in the scene under the table), he was enamored by him, and over time, he began to feel something deeper (which means he might/might not remembers the past rs they have) than mere infatuation, which eventually led to obsession.
There weren’t any clear hints that he remembers the past, except for the scene in Side Story 15 where he sees Hosik under the cherry blossoms. However, it wasn’t specified that he recognizes their past life.

I kinda agree with you about how he remembers the feelings. Cause I remember reading that whenever hosik rejects him (during the early chapters), had a fight with him (to the point where he destroyed the door), or he has to leave hosik (that's why he hired bodyguards), he always feels uneasy.
He shared this before with hosik during their fight scenes. Where he feels uneasy when he left hosik behind alone but then hosik reassured him that everything will be fine (so the bodyguards are not needed). So he tried to solve their problem by working at home and be with hosik 24/7 hahahaha
