uh so basically, light haired dude grew up thinking he was an alpha and was also in love with his childhood friend who was an omega. but in this universe, fated pairs are a thing so his childhood friend was destined to bond with someone else (destined to bond w the alpha, sena, i think his name was.) anyway, sena and light haired guy are rivals (enemies ? both ? bad blood between them) in the alpha-only school they both attend, there is an omega nurse who is also tasked with satisfying the sexual urges of the student body (and others ig). light haired caught sena and this nurse having sex, the smell triggered a heat, revealing him as an omega. sena said he would help light haired keep it a secret if he let him, yk, fuck him. so that's how that started. some shit happens, can't really remember, but i think sena, like, confesses his love to light haired guy and said he would bond with him, not his fated pair. this angers and makes light haired happy ig ? light haired rejects him and says he'll bond with sena's fated pair (remember senas fated pair is light haireds childhood friend and crush) light haired goes to that childhood friend and attempts to tell him his feelings and tries to (have sex w him ? idk he holds him down) but gets rejected and slapped by said friend. this knocks the sense back into light haired and he realizes he's in love (?) w sena. there's also a subplot w senas uncle, but he's literally only there to test light haireds loyalty to sena.

there was also a thing with sena saying he's always been "aware" of light haired presence (admitting to a crush ig) and that he would love light haired regardless of his gender. (basically saying he loves light haired for who he is, not his omega nature/scent/biology)
