Someone, in the below comments, thinks that the murder is about to take place in the upcoming chapters. They pointed out that pages 2 and 3 in chapter 3 tells readers that this couple will be involved in a murder, and in other tragic events through course of their relationship. So, in regards to the murder, one or both parties might be accused.
In the beginning of the story (ch.3, i went checking, yes ahaha: http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/here_u_are/uu/iur_chapter-3/pg-2/), it's says that their going to fall in love but they'll go through a murder case, climbing a dangerous moutain, a terminal cancer and memory loss due to a car crash.
