Is it good why the rating is low

As pharmacist who is friends with doctors I didnt have that much hostility as an intern ifc it depends where u go some places were good others just horrible... people wouldn't even speak to u or tell what u have to do give u silent treatment or tattle to the chief
I had a crazy chief once who scream all the time if the work wasn't finished
At the end of that rotation he didn't want to sign our papers ( in my country at the end of each rotation the responsible of that department have to sign in some documents it proves u finished that rotation) and ofc I was present everyday he didn't want to sign not just me but every intern we asked the other residents why he doesn't want to sign they told us because he wants u to come and beg him




But let me tell my friends who were externs not yet interns would come crying for days they would be in their rooms and just cry because of the way they treat them , and they have 24h shift the worst part is that they don't get paid

Should I read this or go study?

I think I would have been nicer if she chose to travel with what left of her time maybe meet people not especially love just people on the way
I feel it would be more realistic

But i think the teacher wanted to die so he trained so that he can kill him one day , and if it's true that he killed his parents maybe they were cursed or something
