He went to talk with his Dr before going to Taehan. In my opinion, that’s a pretty mature and responsible thing to do, even if he was sulky about it. Lol Anyway, even if we don’t see the whole conversation with doc, I’m sure there was some pretty lengthy discussion about pregnancy(which the doc did mention in the raws).
Because of this, I think Doyun took precautions. Doesn’t actually mean he won’t get pregnant, but it think the chances are low.

I really hope they won't get a child. Both of them haven't sorted their relationship out. Doyun is still figuring out his omega side. They are both young, their jobs are not stable for a child. I don't want to see young, dumb parents like in Love is an illusion
