I have a love hate relationship with reading this manga

Anyone else think it's weird in Chapter 3 a villager saying "What on Earth" in a different world
I think it’s just that the translators forgot about it ( because that can frequently happen when you are too focused ) and in Japanese it doesn’t say earth but means that phrase
