AHHHHH IM SO HAPPY THAT ITS BACK!!!
After letting my excitement calm a little i cant help but admire the writing in this story. A lot of other popular bl manwha run with a stronger top and weaker bottom, with the abuse being EXTREMELY one sided, but I find it so incredibly interesting how the abuse feels so balanced here and how the characters react.
This might be me thinking to hard, but lets review some notes: shin conned this man, jay in turn just short (if not, did) threaten him- they fucked, doing this situation ship with exclusivity (cuz they sure as hell werent dating yet). Jay practically shoved a job on Shin (even if it was for the better). Jay wont tell shin the truth at point blank. Jay will litterally grab his ass to keep Shin put, and will just grope him in broad day light. And cherry on top, Shin is PUTTING HANDS ON HIS MAN, while Jay is tryna get freaky cuz he likes it.
AND THATS THE THING. I find it so incredibly amazing how unabashedly toxic both these guys are, and are indulging in eachother. To the point where because theyre toxcity are relitively balanced, I feel like im not noticing it! And thats because of how the characters are, theyre so extremely well matched and fit like absolute puzzle peices. They are absolute ride or dies and appreciate eachother on such a strong basis, that it brings some not-kosher things out of BOTH of them
In contrast, we have other stories like minimotion syndrome, jinx, and champeign and roses (all of which i love) which can never match the absolute freakiness of this couple because, dynamically, theyre built so incredibly different. In all of those, there feels like a bigger "victim", but I absolutely love how Shin refuses to be/feel like a victim and will throw shit right back at Jay
But thats just a thought i had. Idk, feel free to tell me im completely wrong-

Was cute, saw the couples develop and fight. I liked how exploration was a big theme in all this, with most being sane/not off the goddam wall. I'm also glad it ended, if it continued, I fear it would've risked the "draging on" allegations. Is it perfect, no, but it's a good time killer and mood lifter with silly characters.
Also, just as a secondary thought, I enjoyed the secondary couple more! As cute as the main couple was I really liked the side couples dynamic.
This was confusing. There's plot holes galore, and we get a lot of weird, unexplained time jumps. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy this. The smut fed my addiction, story was compelling enough to keep me here, and the characters were appealing, BUT there is a lot of room for improvement and growth.
Stray thoughts: I was hoping to see a little more of the bdsm play for sure, it really felt a lot like vanilla with a sprinkle of ds. I know by technicality, this isn't bdsm centric smut, but it was mentioned early on, slightly played on, and damn i wanted more. I'm assuming this is an adaption of some other media, but I'm too lazy to look.
Okay I think I see Hwayoung's angle here. If I'm reading this correctly, he was thinking about the "a beast who only submits to me" thing right before he suggested the play party. So I wonder if he's playing the "lets see if you can handle him" angle to ward off/combat the other doms. Because the other thing is, Hwayoung has had to really PUSH at some points to really keep Gyuwon in control and by proxy, give Gyuwon what he wants. So in comparison, if other doms were tryna get him, they wouldn't be able to control Gyuwon the same way, and therefore not be able to truly satisfy him as a sub...
I'm curious to see where they take this because I can only see Gyuwon either getting sad because of underlying implications (misunderstanding), outright denying it, or RELUCTANTLY accepting it, so I think that's why they're playing the game. So my prediction is if Gyuwon wins they don't have to go the party, but if Hwayoung wins, he gets to see the other doms attempt at trying to top Gyuwon, and ultimately upstaging them to make his point extremely clear. And if im right... Hwayoung rarely, if ever, loses... so we might be getting that party scene

That's how I'm imagining it, plus they just showed us that the both get turned on with he possibility of being caught, so it would make sense if Hwayoung showed everyone he's the only about to take or control Gyuwon.
