Yeah the father is a detective but he literally couldn’t do much as a detective since he legally not allowed to work on his son case because it would be a case of interest and influence his judgment. Not to mention how his son death was ruled as a suicide so they wouldn’t reopen the case without proof and proper evidence that the suicide is a murder. (plus we wouldn’t see Maria sama go full mama bear mode and kill her son murderers) and how the bullies made a fake diary in their son name where it was written that the father was abusive so he probably got demoted or lost opportunities because the police department wouldn’t want to make themselves look bad by getting along with an “abuser”

Yeah legally but couldnt he do it on his personal time? Go Rogue my man! You lost ur whole family and career whats up with protecting the photo when u cant even protect ur whole family (╯°Д °)╯╧╧Is there no detective senses tingling that something is up? He also accepted it as suicide knowing he is not an abuser so its also likely the other things that were written may also be fake and as a husband he ignored his wife's concerns before his death. No red flags sensed when his wife was telling him something was up and he dismisses her again after the death and he has a surprised Pikachu face when she asks for divorce (︶︿︶)＝凸

He literally couldn’t have save him though. Like i understand the frustration but truthfully the son was keeping it to himself while pretending to be happy and that everything was fine. Even the mother found out too late. Yes the mother had her suspicions but she didn’t truly know he was being bullied. Like i’m all for hating men but imma be realistic and honest too. And i see both sides. The husband and wife. The husband is a detective so we don’t know what kind of stress he was under. Working long days and nights not to mention how we don’t know what kind of cases he was working since that can definitely play a part in mental issues seeing deaths everyday and knowing it could happen to your love ones. Truthfully the author could even pull a plot twist and make it where he actually did abuse them. I doubt it but who knows. Regardless right now we believe that he didn’t abuse his family and that it was a ploy made by the bullies to get the heat off them. And once again if he does it during his personal time and someone finds out (which lets be honest the author would make it where someone does) then he will get in trouble for messing with a closed case. I see no point in blaming a grieving parent for not preventing the unpredictable outcome. And it’s understandable why he would be surprised when his wife divorced him. Their child just died and all of a sudden his wife divorce him probably a day after his death because she wanted to go after her son murderers. He had no time to grieve for his son death and on top of that he had to deal with divorcing and losing the woman he loves. It a surprise he doesn’t kill himself. There no one to blame but the people that killed the child.
