The female antagonist's fake pregnancy actually is based on a real medical condition.
It's called pseudocyesis. The afflicted person feels pregnancy related sensations, including feeling a baby kick and experiencing morning sickness. It's very sad and I can't imagine what that would do to someone psychologically.
The protagonist's slowly increasing power is so satisfying to watch. Especially with more and more creatures coming to respect and serve him in different ways for varying reasons.
The conflict, the way the universe and magic works in this story, the plot... I'm so captivated
I'm much more interested in the quest for a marriage candidate than the fl's romantic options. Nonetheless her time with them does not bother me and I find the whole story rather interesting! What a unique plot!
This story is CRAZY I've never seen anything like it and I honestly love it
