I skimmed through the chapters of swapping and found that on ch19 MC was recalling about a construction case and bodyguard was the defendant but his boss was ML at that time too tho, if bodyguard was still working with Swapped ML at the end of that story then maybe this is the past? If they're the same person anyway.
