It was most definitely a camera flash because in one of the panels it was drawn from the outside angle foreshadowing that someone is watching
I also saw someone in the coms say that it was prob just a reflect and that we're overthinking it because the reflect was here for two panels, including one where Andrew wasn't in (dunno if that made sense)
