basically uke has found out seme had been surveilling him this whole time (last chapter). His phermones get disordered by this which scares the dudes doing the investigation cause they think hes got ptsd from the incident with the butler dude. Uke uses this to blackmail them to get him a pregnancy test, the reason why he suspects hes pregnant is cause of the secretary dude since he gave uke a super sour drink which uke drinks easily and then says pregnant omegas cant taste sour stuff right after conception tipping uke off that hes pregnant. Afterwards, uke is suspicious of being surveilled again which is when he drops the flowers. He confronts the secretary dude asking why he (secretary) is helping him to which the dude tells uke to follow him while taking off his jacket. Uke realises he has writing on his back and that secretary never takes off his jacket and this is the first time. Uke remembers how seme had also similarly carved his back and realises that seme had carved the ledger (the one uke was sent to find) was always on secretarys back and secretary has now purposefully shown uke. He also realize the bald man has the ledger he was ordered to find tattooed on his back, the old man may have shown him on purpose out of pity(?) we not sure yet. But chances are high that the Omega is pregnant too.
