Okay, so i have experience with urethtal catheter inserted in your urethra (i'm female so i can't speak for the opposite sex). Having a catheter inserted to your urethra felt painful and ticklish. Like you want to pee which is ironic because the catheter will collect your pee without you even realizing that you are already peeing.
