Did the artstyle change? I feel like something about both the MCs faces are off... Even if it did it's not that noticable I just wanna know if I'm going crazy or not
There are small changes like, MC's eyelashes aren't as full. And sometimes the art is simplistic, but I think that's for comedic effect. Overall, it's still the same illustrator.

I'm aware there's more layers to this onion than what I'm thinking of rn but the moment that one panel where mc's image and his mom overlaps my brain was like "ultimately he sympathizes her because her traumatic situation reminds him of his mommy". I hate my brain for that. Or maybe I'll blame the countless emotionally constipated MLs with mommy issues I've read.
