Stephan is the alchemist who supposedly taught the second prince alchemy. The second prince warned the FL that she should stay away from Stefan, or else he might discover that her blood increases the power of potions and try to use her for experiments. He probably found out by snooping on the second prince's research notes, hence why he showed up and called FL a "blood bank."
