When I read this before, a part of me thought the other guy (Alex?) did it with Jin and Jin just mistook it for Hamura (end ch of vol.3) but when I reread it, I noticed in vol.4 p49 that Hamura actually did it. He just saw the hickeys (Baka Alex) that'w why he cover Jin's eyes. UwU UwU blessed ~~~
You can totally see in 4th volume 50 page (?) that Hamura recalls doing it with Jin

The thing is, in vol 3, Alex talked with Hamura and he said to him that he was the one who made the Jin he's seeing now. He told him what Jin was before (obvious on the pics that he lost a soul or something) and he was asking to return Jin to him. Waahhh. But, Hamura said he won't give Jin up. (Only know basic here so that's the only thing I understood, though it feels like he was just testing him.. don't judge me UwU). At the end chapter where you can see Alex comforting Jin and kissed him which is actually natural in west, that scene.. Jin said something like Alex is warm? kind? and always spoiling him. Alex did send the message to Hamura though it's in english. Lol. He doesn't look like it but I think he likes Hamura for Jin now. Waahh.
Lastly, this is only my fujo side but I think ALEX IS AN UKE AND HIS SEME IS THE BRUSH UP DUDE AT CH.4 --- Lewis, I think?

It’s kinda annoying that cliche where the foreigner kiss the guy however he doesn’t do that to anyone else.
As you can see in volume 4, Alex was his security blanket and they had a very weird relationship. It wasn’t just the kissing but sleeping together and sometimes pushing the seme to respond to Alex.
