You need to sit down and ask him if he's saying it just for funsies or if he's genuinely questioning his gender. No one can make a judgement on this just from that one line, so talk to him a little more and ask him to specify

1. Toto being a Dead Wife Whisper and then turning out to be alive was so funny I really thought this was shaping up to be another arc

2. WINTER X AMAMIYA MY BELOVED I KNEW I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION THEY'RE SO FUCKING YURI GUYS

3. Honestly I was kinda hoping we'd have just one (1) more arc of seeing Ron mope about without Toto's help trying to find him only for Toto to end up somewhere in like, idk Italy having adopted Alice who, potentially, could have lost her memory.
