EXACTLY and honestly having worked in an environment where multiple of my coworkers were dancing around like this for MONTHS on end to me this is just one of those times where an outsider ie another coworker should step up who is friends with both of them and then arrange some kind of meet with one of them and make other arrangements with the other one for the same time and day or have another friend do so and have just the main two meet or all meet and then the 2 friends doing the intervention could just have something come up mid way

i was talking about pretty much the same thing you mentioned i just added in my own experience on top of it and honestly i agree with you stories like this are fun to watch attimes but honestly sometimes you need an outsider to step in and make things happen forthe morons stepping on glass that does not even exist lol
