Xenon's: Doing it because she's a sociopath
Hillis inherited the former king's divine powers by absorbing and eating the relics which contained the divine power. I think it was pretty much self explanatory in the last chapters lol. Since they had an agreement, when Hillis became a god she rewinded time to the point when the former god was going to be killed by the 4 heads.
