I felt sooo TIRED reading this. The art is great, and I liked that the friends weren't gay. In a lot of stories there is multiple gay couples in one friend group, it gets kinda annoying. But I couldn't stand not even mentioning bisexuality. It's the classic BL sentence: "I like him, but I'm not gay" ヽ(`Д´)ノ

Eh? I thought they handled it really well. He explains that realizing youre gay is a process and then in the end he says he was just afraid of admitting it but he's gay. They dont really show him still liking girls. Hes just a late bloomer. They also imply a lot that when he was younger he didnt like girls. So I was inder the impression that in this case hes not bi, just gay. It just toook him some time to admit it

That's exactly why it's frustrating to read it. It could have been such an easier journey for him and more enjoyable for most of us readers. And I didn't think just of this story not mentioning bisexuality, I meant most BLs.
But I see your point. There are probably some people who went through something similar on their way of finding out their sexuality.

my issue his he never acknowledges the privilege he has in saying he's "not gay" and the way it's portrayed if they ever break up, he'd just go right back to dating girls not because he's bisexual, pan, demi, queer etc. Just he literally decided to just pursue a a guy who's gay. And that may be fine, but then just means he's honestly still just straight as he defines it, he just veered off course for a little bit. It's like a straight man experimenting, that's perfectly fine but if he has no desire to be with men in general it doesn't negate that he's still straight as long as he romantically and sexually prefers women.
That was the case here. I understand the author attempting at bringing a backstory that suggests maybe he's always had the potential to like guys, but really there's nothing wrong with men who just go along better with men. I personally have friends who are great male friends but go through women like it's water. They're are a great friend but I'd never date them because I know how terrible a partner they are and how shallow they can be about sex.
I find it ironic that the uke, thought he was a great guy but not once acknowledged that his crush could just be better adjusted towards men because he's not used to idea of using them as a means to end. He should have be clued in at the very suggestion of sex with him in the kitchen was due to a 3 month dry spell caused by every girl on campus fed up by his words not matching his actions. These kind of guys are awful in real life, they'll tell you anything in sleep with you, but somehow the entire thing is seen as endearing "honesty" because it involves a gay relationship. Have this happen in a shoju and he'd be crucified for the fuckboy that he is.

That's the way girl, hit the pervert. I thought it will be like in most mangas lacking common sense, the seme forces a kiss on the uke, and the uke is like: "what is happening, we shouldn't do this, but it feels good". That would've probably happened if it wasn't for the girl
(the girl will probably be portrayed as a rival cause she's in love with the MC)

Can someone please tell me is the couple from ch.5 connected to this story http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/sensei_anata_ni_chikadukitai/
I read this years ago, so I can't remember the story

The way Leo appreciates the things Taiga does for him is equivalent to girls finding a normal boyfriend after being in a relationship with an asshole
For example: he is so caring <3
Well isn't that what he's supposed to be, after all he IS your boyfriend and should care about you
This is just a rant from an almost 20 year old virgin who was never in a relationship and didn't even have a kiss yet. I just don't like seeing people in unequal relationships ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Why do authors often draw the uke with feminine behaviour, for example this pose: http://iweb11.mangapicgallery.com/r/newpiclink/unreasonable_chung_yang/21/8a428bd63664cdf44f82af5f74a86cbe.png
I know that men can be feminine as well, but it's almost always the uke who acts like that. If I wanted to read stories with girls, I would read shoujo or something.
I will still continue reading this, because I've come this far
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER
Maybe you can already tell, but I'll tell it so maybe people know to drop it or not
Myles ends up with the asshole Jimmy
╥﹏╥
And Stefan finds someone else, maybe it's the Mel guy, I'm not 100% sure, but he is also short and has brown hair
╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
Welp I'm done reading this I fucking hate Jimmy with a passion so...bye now
