I gave up on this a long time ago but I occasionally go back to look at the comments to see whether it turned out ok. I've read this novel before and overall I enjoyed it, but it really is very long and slowburn. But the story is really interesting for me and I binged the novel in one sitting so I'm hoping the manhwa can give it justice

No, you guys, Sejin needs this. He needs a clean break, to find himself, to get a stable footing on his own life. It's not the best way but it is what it is. Since they're still bonded, they're still connected to each other in some way, but I hope that when they meet again there will be a significant time skip and that Sejin is in a happier and more stable mental headspace

If the whole point was to feel "finally" as Sejin took his own life... Then they succeeded in showing it to us. It was so emotionally exhausting that I think all of us were just waiting for it to end. That's how "show not tell" is done.
