Never thought I'm gonna found a slender man love story
Since my first year in highschool until now, I had read tons of highschool to university romance (most of them bl) while wishing the same thing happened to me
But meh, I'm almost finished my 2nd year of university and I still doesn't have someone that I can pour all my love into them
This manhwa makes me happy but at the same time my jealousy reach a level where I want to bang my head into the wall
I guess I read too much bl that I felt no man can reach my standard of guy that I want as a lover
i'm the same as you, i'm a huge fan of school setting romances and it's kind of warped my expectations of what it's supposed to be when i entered that stage myself—it's not actually all fun and games and love, for me personally it was mostly school work! T___T i wanted that whirlwind college romance too........ but alas...... cliches are cliches, and stories remain stories for a reason!
the ideal relationships presented in manhwas actually require a lot of effort to meet people, and showing vulnerability to reach that level of comfortability with someone, and it's a hurdle i've yet to overcome honestly...
i'm a senior now, and i still haven't found that person for me ! tho at this point it might be a skill issue, or maybe like you the standards we have for a lover are too unrealistic for us to see in real life, orrr maybe it'll come in time when we're ready! love finds these characters (and us) in the most unexpected ways after all :-)
i dont know where i went with this, but i just wanted to share my own thoughts on this as well, because it's something i relate with :) many say it's only in university where you'll get to meet and see attractive people, because once you enter the workforce your peers and cohort are not that pooled in a single place anymore! LOL anyway good luck with finding that person for you! and with university as well :3
