this is such a cute story but the undertones between the eldest child and grey is so offputting.. it honestly grosses me out and it might not be intentional from the authors side but like why does this story bring it up so frequently omg.. context clues too like the moment grey talks about his ex girlfriend to isuka and fio and then aria just suddenly appears, solely to have a cute cameo like.. okay..
nahhh like the ongoing misunderstanding that the other characters have about their relationship being more than familial.. genuinely what is the purpose of that..
okay, not to make a whole thread but someone should put trigger warnings or remove that slice of life tag because this manga blindsides you into thinking its a lighthearted story, but it actually depicts alot of heavy stuff like sexual assault which including children. pls be aware of chapter 11.1 in particular.
the 1v1 fight scenes are so nicely drawn and well choreographed! the swordmanship being so detailed is such a treat. im ngl i literally stopped and didnt pick this up until now because i saw ghislaines face in the very first chapter and thought he was so ugly i had to pause LMAO but yeah dont do what i did and just start reading it now because its pretty good!
