True, tho I'd like to think that the husbands had alr talked it out with the wives (considering that a lot of time had passed and they don't seem to be the type to remain deceitful), and in the end, they maintained an amicable relationship as a family for their sons. It's idealistic but eh, it kinda borders on fictional realism.
