i think it's because he wasnt the one she pegged in the bathroom. though at first i also thought he was, but he mentioned earlier that he "just once let me be the one she pegged" referring to himself "rather than that lying conman" referring to Dowon. in which case he hasnt been pegged yet. therefore he is not the one from the drunk bathroom incident.
How I wish Dohwa took the upper hand and just got together with both of them....*sigh*
