My theory. It's a humiliation ritual to shatter to pieces the mental stability of MC/Mr. Park Taewon. He is going to be so traumatized, drained and so broken that his only "exit" is to rely/depend on Sangwoo as his "savior".
You know, Sangwoo planned everything (converting him into an omega, the repetitive r*pes, vulgar and sl*tshaming verbal abuse, threatening his job, and g-r*pes).
