Sometimes the colours are dark / strong so they represent anger gloominess and stuff if it's pastel or let's say normal it could mean happiness if it's kinda of a neutral I believe it's normal or sad but like I said it depends cuz the colours vary in the characters as you see ! Callisto has a golden / red , Reynold has a pinkish colour , Derek has a greyish blue and I believe it has to do with their characteristics like hair and eye colour and I believe the emotions are the shades instead of colors
