Sure. It is just my opinion that the author, the artist or both of them tried to play with the rude but soft appearance and the apparent innocent related to the world Guwon is trying to create, where he only wants people useful to him and he looks fine in front of death.
Honestly, maybe it is because I am approaching this story as if it was happening in real life, but if I have found a guy looking like him, I will be pretty scared... First because of the apocalypse that is happening and he is bigger than me and there are violent people out there, and after that because it is not common to find that kind of tattoo in somebody's skin.
